Welcome to the table at La Redola Verde! Our passion for our land and the desire to share its most authentic flavors have inspired us to take an important step: our farm has officially become an agriturismo (farm stay). We have chosen to evolve in order to welcome you even better, opening the doors of our kitchen to let you experience an authentic gastronomic journey, surrounded by nature in a comfortable environment.
Dining at the farm means taking a true journey through zero-kilometer flavors: the menus we offer are crafted exclusively with our farm's products, bringing the freshness and quality of agricultural work straight to the table, directly from the producer to the consumer.
To guarantee meticulous attention to detail, an intimate atmosphere, and fresh, seasonal cuisine, our restaurant welcomes guests during the weekend, opening for only 2 meals a week. Making everything even warmer and more genuine is our hospitality: the dining room service is personally managed by our family, ready to share the stories behind our dishes and make you feel right at home. It is a special occasion, perfect for couples and families passing through Montefalco who wish to make a stop for true taste and relaxation away from the routine.
