The Turriolo Cremoso cheese, is a creamy cheese made with the sheep milk and matured for one month. Its processing is that of a soft cheese.

It is then seasoned, sponging periodically the rind with a solution of salt and water, that gives to it strength and color, remaining edible, and making the cheese cremate as it ages. This cheese too is made from raw milk of our Lacaune sheep.

Surface treated with salt and water. Edible rind. Milk origin: Italy. PECORINO RAW MILK.

Without chemical preservatives. GLUTEN FREE.
